From Venice to the Bologna Motor Show: we did it! 05/12/07
Today is a day to celebrate. We set out from Venice, and along the road to Bologna, we take time to look back on the incredible journey we have just completed, the towns and cities we have visited, the people we have met, and the emotions we have experienced: what a journey, what an adventure! Today we don’t even care how many hours we drive for. We’re home. And we’ve done it in record time, especially considering the time of year: the polar winter in Kazakhistan, with temperatures as low as -26°C, and the heavy snow in Siberia. We think about the effort and energy that have gone into this trip: I have tried to keep you up to date with what we saw and did, while Rocco drove our formidable little Fiat 500. And we think about the car itself, which was both envied and admired, throughout the journey of over 16,000 kilometres and 9 countries! As for us, we have nothing but the most heartfelt appreciation and affection for the car, which every day feels more and more a part of us, and with whom we have experienced this amazing journey: the comfort, acceleration, lively engine, adaptability in all conditions, and road-holding. Never a problem, never a delay, never the slightest problem. What more could we want at a time like this??? TO OWN IT! And now, all that remains is to bid you all a fond farewell, and thank you for accompanying us on our adventure. We are almost at the Motor Show, it’s time to enjoy the party! All the best, Beppe.

Umberto Gallucci This is amazing for such a small car, I was wondering if you are considering another venture, this time through Canada.
Since you are not in Canada selling this fantastice automobile, it would be a great opportunity for exposure.
Our gas prices are around 1 dollar per liter of gas as of Dec 7 2007. Therefore I beleive there exists a great potentilal for FIAT to re-return to Canada.

Konstantinos Ciao Fiat 500! Like Umberto, I was wondering if you plan to bring Fiat back to the USA? Gasoline is at over $3 per gallon and I think the time is now. Either way I want something stylish to drive.
Julian Little Sono d'accordo che sarebbe bene si la macchina cinquecento viendra in Canada. Before I moved here from the UK, I ran a Fiat Uno for many years and it was brilliant; also a Multipla which I wish we could have in canada. Have a Mini now; great to drive but reliability very disappointing - I would love to change to the 500, especially a diesel. Please do it, make it a FIAT accompli (sorry!)
