Personal information contained in this Form will be treated by Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. to provide the service previously indicated and freely chosen and to permit to Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A to make a research on the service received by the Customer. The communication of personal information is optional, but without this information the service can not be supplied. Personal information, collected in this form, could be treated by the person in charge of the treatment (that could be also external) for the management of the service required and for other marketing activities. All these activities can be carried out by the Person in charge of the treatment or by the authorized Society as indicated following. Personal information can be communicated to third party to fulfil to law obligation, that means to respect orders coming from Public authorities which means to exercise a right in judicial seat. The Person in charge of the treatment is Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. represented by the temporary Person in charge of the Information & Communication Technology of Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A located in Corso Agnelli 200, Torino. Customer must (as "interested" by the art. 7 of the 30 June 2003 legislative decree n. 196), exercise specific rights, for instance to obtain confirm of the existence of his own personal information even if not registered yet, the communication in a comprehensible way of the same personal information, their source, the finalities and the modalities of the treatment let alone the applied logic in case of electronic treatment. The customer can also obtain anonymously the update, the correction or, if there is interest, the integration of the personal information and also the cancellation, the transformation or the block of the wrong treated personal information. The customer can also oppose, totally or in part, in case of lawful way, to the treatment of his personal information, also if the information are coherent to the object of the collection that means for commercial communication, for the shipment of advertising and direct selling.
